It is possible that traces of soy and mustard may be found in our products. Neither soy nor mustard are listed as ingredients on our site or on those of our suppliers; however, contamination with soy may stem from crop rotation, storage or transport, while that with wild mustard originates in the fields themselves, especially those that are farmed organically.
Unfortunately, optical scanning systems are unable to guarantee the absence of these allergens, because often the soybeans are finely shredded and mustard seeds are very small, making them impossible to detect.
As our ingredients cannot be conclusively certified as “free from” these contents, we are obliged to indicate the possible presence of soy and mustard on the label. We monitor this situation constantly and, up until now, we have not found soy and mustard systematically, but only sporadically.
