Shape inspired by our classic Pache Matt pasta format while retaining its distinctive characteristics. In addition to the ring shape and considerable size (25 mm in diameter, 35 mm in length), it is generously grooved to hold the sauce better, also thanks to our single-origin semolina of excellent quality consisting of Senatore Cappelli durum wheat, a rich and resilient variety from the Murge, here combined by our master pasta-makers with the pure water of the Latemar mountains.

Its firmness during cooking remains unchanged: reliability at your fork tip, to everyone's delight.
