It sounds nice, along the weekend, turning our oven on to enjoy a delicious pasta casserole. Easy to make, this dish will provide great satisfaction to the whole family!
In a heavy saucepan over medium-high heat, stir bechamelle, heavy cream and tomato sauce and cook, stirring constantly. Cook the Organic Felicetti Ziti al dente, drain them and add them to the pink sauce.
Whisk in 1/3 cup grated scamorza, 1/3 cup chipped mozzarella and 2-3 tbsp cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano, mix carefully and pour into the baking pan.
Sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano and bread crumbs, then bake at 350°F for about 15 mins and broil for 5 more minutes to get the lovely cheesy crust. Sprinkle with minced parsley and enjoy!
