Monograno Felicetti Khorasan Kamut® Spaghetti with fir, Arctic char and hay

Ingredients for 10 people

  • 1 kg Monograno Felicetti Khorasan Kamut Spaghetti
  • 200 g fir pesto
  • 50 g Arctic char roe
  • 1 loaf of hay bread
  • 3 l of 3% salted water


Cook the pasta as per the instructions, draining it a few minutes before it is fully cooked, and finishing it off by sautéing it with the fir pesto until creamy.

Serve on plates and garnish with the Arctic char roe and gently toasted hay bread.
