From Dolomites to Food Valley: meet Felicetti Pasta at Cibus Parma


From May7th to 10th, meet Felicetti Pasta at the Cibus Fair in Parma. Chef Emanuele Leonetti, owner of the Retro Gusto restaurant in Fornovo di Taro (PR), will be cooking at our stand.

The dishes available for tasting at our stand:

Tuesday, May 7th: Original Felicetti Spaghettoni with Cabras mullet roe, served cold.

Wednesday, May 8th: Original Felicetti Mezze Maniche alla Gricia with DOP Cacio Romano cheese, Sarawak black pepper, and crispy DOP guanciale.

Thursday, May 9th: Original Felicetti Linguine with mussels and clams in a sea pesto.
